I hope that all of you had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend and had the opportunity to honor those men and women who died while serving in our US Military. For those that have relatives or friends in the military that have given their life while protecting our country, I say thank you.
Jacque and I were very excited to have been a part of this past weekends soft opening of Lawson’s Lakeview RV Park. We had a full house with most of the campers being residents of Lawson. This was great to see as we have not officially opened the RV park to the public which will be this coming weekend. For more details, you can visit our newly designed website at Lawsonmo.gov. Please visit and pass the word on that we are open for business. Sites and dates can be booked on our website. What a fun weekend!
The Lawson pool officially opens this weekend so please contact city hall and get your membership. We are once again excited for family and friends to come out and enjoy the pool.
Finally, next Tuesday’s elections will be held at city hall. Please come out and vote. As well, we will be holding city council meetings once again at city hall so please join the council and myself while we social distance on June 22nd.
