The Lawson Community Foundation is a nonprofit organization that seeks to assist in shaping the future of our community by creating a shared sense of belonging and strengthening the social, cultural, and economic vibrancy of Lawson, Missouri.

The Foundation oversees fundraising efforts for various projects that benefit the quality of life for residents in Lawson. The first major fundraiser is a Piccadilly ladies-only event to take place on Saturday, September 17. The goal of this event is to raise funds to purchase a new ADA-compliant playground for the Lawson City Park. Details on that event can be found here.

Board members include:

Dawn Pointer (President), Nathan Cates (Vice President), Jason Thummel (Treasurer), Matt Nolker, Scot Tipton, Melissa Hazlett and Tosha Jackson (City Staff and Secretary).

Donations to the Lawson Community Foundation are tax deductible.

Over the coming weeks, we are going to start sharing some of the fabulous prizes you can win at the upcoming A Walk on the Wild Side Piccadilly event on September 17th.
