Job Opening: Full-Time Police Officer at Lawson Police Department
The Lawson Police Department is seeking a motivated and qualified individual to join our team as a Police Officer. This is an hourly position that pays $45,696.00, with a negotiable salary based on experience. Additional pay raises are scheduled, and overtime pay is available.
The position requires a rotating work shift, and applicants must be able to work nights and holidays as required. The schedule includes 12-hour shifts with every other weekend off. Training, uniforms, and equipment will be provided and paid for by the agency.
Applicants must be Missouri POST certified prior to application. The City offers paid vacation/sick time and a personal day, 13 paid holidays, health/dental/optical insurance, paid life insurance, Lagers retirement plan, and an option secondary retirement plan.
As a small agency of 7 officers and 1 clerk, we are a family-oriented organization that values teamwork collaboration. Job Opening: Part-Time Police Officer at Lawson Police Department
The Lawson Police Department is seeking a qualified and motivated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Police Officer. This is a part-time position which pays $18.50 an hour. The part-time officer must be available to work at least one shift a month, but additional shifts will be available most months.
Additionally, the part-time officer must be available for additional hours during their training and orientation period prior to solo work. Training, uniforms, and equipment will be provided and paid for by the agency.
Applicants must be Missouri POST certified prior to application. The City offers paid training and opportunities for advancement.
