#ICYMI The City of Lawson has begun using a municipal management software system called iWorq. The system has a citizen engagement tool where locals can report community issues that occur within city limits. Examples of appropriate reporting would include potholes, brush removal requests, and deceased animal pick-up. Once a problem is reported, City staff will be notified and will take action based on availability and urgency. Reporters can use the system to check the status of their request as well.
Public Works Director John Kujawa states, โThis new system will help streamline community requests and will give us the tools we need to be efficient and timely in our response.โ
The system is now available at lawsonmo.gov/report-a-problem/ #lawsonisawesome ... See MoreSee Less

Will she have the applications?
Fyi it's a statewide program but counties have to enact. Not all have adopted it yet.
