The department is headquartered at the corner of D Highway (Sixth Street) and Allison Street. Their satellite station is located east of Lawson on Bluejay Trail Road.

Lawson Fire and Rescue’s main mission is to preserve life and property through a cost-efficient approach to all members of the Lawson Fire and Rescue Protection District.
